Acceptance

By using AI Zombie Trend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

AI Zombie Trend provides personalized AI-generated preview images and short-form videos based on photos you upload and choices you make. Generative AI output can vary and may not perfectly reproduce every facial or visual detail.

Your Responsibilities

You must have the right and permission to upload the photos you submit. Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or non-consensual content. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, payment checks, access controls, or other security measures.

Purchases

One-time story products are charged at the price shown before checkout. Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. A successful purchase unlocks the generation allowance associated with that product.

If a provider-side AI generation job fails, the generation allowance used for that failed render is returned where supported by the product flow. A completed generation is not guaranteed to match subjective artistic expectations.

Uploaded Content and Generated Output

You retain your rights in the photos you upload. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may download and use paid generated output. You are responsible for ensuring your use of uploaded and generated media does not violate third-party rights or platform rules.

Availability

AI models and payment/storage providers are third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or changed. We may update models, limits, pricing, or features to maintain the service.
